Note: If your order contains multiple Pre-Order items, your order will not ship until ALL Pre-Order items are available for shipment. Please consider placing separate orders for In-Stock item purchases & Pre-Order item purchases.

Cancellation: All cancelled Pre-Order items are subject to a 10% cancellation fee of the total order price.
