Shipping policy

Pre-Orders
All Pre-Order items are sold per The Pokemon Company's manufacturer release guidelines.

We reserve the right exercise our Order Limits Policy and enforce a maximum purchase amount per individual item across ALL pre-orders.

Note: If your order contains multiple Pre-Order items, your order will not ship until ALL Pre-Order items are available for shipment. Please consider placing separate orders for In-Stock item purchases & Pre-Order item purchases.

Cancellations
All cancelled orders are subject to a 10% CANCELLATION FEE of the total order price. There are no exceptions to this policy. By placing any order from our store you agree to the full enforcement of this policy.

International Orders, VPN Services, & Forwarding Services
At this time all international orders are prohibited. The use of any VPN Service or Forwarding Service used to circumvent this policy is prohibited. We reserve the right exercise our discretion and investigate the use of these services by any customer using all forms of available information on ALL orders. By placing any order from our store you agree to the full enforcement of this policy.

Returns 
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

All products sold are factory sealed and in brand new condition from our national Pokemon Distribution Partners. Please contact the Pokemon Company directly via their 'Card and Parts Replacement Policy' for any manufacturer defects or errors related to your purchase here:

In order to maintain the integrity of our inventory, we do not accept returns on any Pokemon TCG products.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Gift Cards and Store Credit are non-refundable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is non-refundable.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@mhdealsplus.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
